My courses are designed to equip families with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the challenges of life.

From being able to communicate effectively to learning to re-parent and coach yourself my courses cover areas that contribute to a fulfilling family life.

I believe every family can benefit from my Courses, regardless of their socioeconomic background or cultural beliefs. With warm and intelligent guidance, my classes will help you enhance your communication and better your relationships.

Childhood Conditioning

Are you someone that likes doing things for others? This is most likely the role you took on in your household as a child.

Do you keep dating the same person over and over only on a different body? Unconsciously, we recreate our first childhood relationships.

Do you isolate and get bothered when someone asks you to do something for them? Look at the amount of responsibility you had at home growing up. When we took on the adult role at home, sometimes we isolate ourselves because we no longer want to be responsible for others.

What drives humans?

One theory suggests that the need for pleasure drives us and the need to avoid pain.

We will do anything to get “pleasure.” We will avoid doing anything that causes us "pain or discomfort."

Example. Have you ever been on a diet and told yourself you wouldn’t eat sweets, then you found yourself eating the cookie or the cake shortly after?

If we use that theory, we can see that…

We found pleasure in eating the cookie or the cake.

Avoiding cookies or cake could cause us pain or discomfort because we want it.

Do you find yourself repeating patterns and behaviors?

Ask yourself this question. What pleasure am I getting from this behavior, and what am I avoiding that is causing me pain?

When we start something new, we are excited, but as soon as we’re faced with obstacles, we stop or suddenly don’t want to do it anymore. Again, what is giving you pleasure, and what is causing you pain or discomfort? We stop doing the activity because we don’t want to feel pain.

These courses will ask you questions that will have you looking deep into what makes up your identity. Once you understand who you are and what drives you, you can choose to do something about it.
